Next Thursday is the big day that I should be taking delivery of my very first Porsche. It has been a long wait since Tom Cruise was chased by Guido the Killer Pimp in Risky Business that I have lusted after a Porsche (then the 928, but the 911 has become the object of my desire since the 996 came out).

I was glad to read the tech bulletin here that states that the cars are limited to a max of 20 mph during shipping to avoid abuse by transport workers...
